- Since 2005, he has been leading the "Implant-Dent-Nakhchivan" Private Dental Clinic.

- Starting in 2008, he pursued his dissertation at the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry of Azerbaijan Medical University. His research focused on "Studying the Prevalence of Major Dental Diseases Among the Population of Nakhchivan MR and Strategies for Optimizing Dental Services". He successfully defended his dissertation in 2016, earning the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine.

- Since 2007, he has been heading the Nakhchivan MR department of the Azerbaijan Implantologist Public Union.

- Since 2005, he has served as the co-chairman of the organizing committee for AzIB's annual conferences in Nakhchivan, dedicated to Continuing Medical Education.

- From 2013, he has been a faculty member at the Faculty of Medicine at Nakhchivan State University.

- As of 2019, he holds the position of Head of the Stomatology Department at the Faculty of Medicine of Nakhchivan State University.

- Dr. Jafarov is currently pursuing his Doctor of Sciences degree in the specialty of Stomatology within the field of Medical Sciences at Nakhchivan State University.

- Dr. Vugar Gurbanov graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University in 2009.

- Since 2009, he has been actively practicing as a dentist, implantologist, and oral and maxillofacial surgeon in various private clinics and public hospitals.

- Between 2011 and 2014, he engaged in doctoral studies at Azerbaijan Medical University, specifically at the Faculty of Stomatology with a focus on the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery.

- From 2014 to 2018, Dr. Gurbanov continued his studies at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Turkey, specializing in "Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery." He successfully earned the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine (PhD).

- Since 2020, he has been contributing his expertise as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon on a contractual basis across various private clinics and state hospitals.

- In 2021-2022, he served as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the Republican Clinical Hospital named after M.A. Gasimov.

- Starting from 2021, Dr. Gurbanov co-founded the dental clinic "Dental Aesthetic Park" and presently practices as an "Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon" there.

- Since 2023, he holds the position of "Department Manager" overseeing maxillofacial surgery at Absheron District Central Hospital.

- Dr. Gurbanov is a co-author of over 15 scientific articles and has contributed to more than 20 theses. He actively participated in more than 50 local and international conferences.

Professor Rafig Rzayev, born on December 1, 1949, hails from Neftchala city, Azerbaijan. Between 1967 and 1973, Rafig Rzayev pursued studies at Azerbaijan Medical University. Following graduation, Rafig Rzayev undertook an internship in ENT at the same institution from 1973 to 1974. Advancing their education, Rafig Rzayev achieved a Ph.D. through correspondence postgraduate studies at Azerbaijan Medical University spanning from 1976 to 1982. Further academic endeavors led to  the Russian Medical Academy of Post Degree Formation in Moscow, where an MD was earned between 1984 and 1986.

Rafig Rzayev's professional journey unfolds across various medical institutions:

- From 1974 to 1976,  served as a Doctor in the Soviet Army.

- As an ENT doctor, contributed to the Azerbaijan Railway Hospital from 1976 to 1979.

- In 1982-1983,  took on the role of Otolaryngologist at Baku Children's Hospital, concurrently managing other responsibilities.

- Leading the Department of "Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery" at Azerbaijan Central Railway Hospital marked Rafig Rzayev's tenure from 1986 to 2016.

- Prof. Rzayev sought training at the Department of ORL-Klinik Universitätsspital, Zurich, from 1990 to 1991.

- From 2016 to 2020, Rafig Rzayev served as an ENT doctor at "Baku Spero Hospital".

- Since 2020 to the present day, Rafig Rzayev continues to excel as an ENT doctor at the Internal Troops Military Hospital.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Rafig Rzayev boasts a distinguished scientific profile, with a wealth of over 100 publications, including 2 monographs, and 3 patented inventions. I am an Orthodontist. I graduated from Tashkent Medical Academy in 2003 after studying Dentistry Since then, I have accumulated 20 years of experience in working as a dentist. 

I have received training at the ‘All National Dental Center and Korean Orthodontic Research Institute’, in South Korea and was also a participant in the course “Micro Implant Anchorage Orthodontics Dentistry”, run by Kyungpook National University, South Korea in 2008.

In 2010-2013 I was a researcher of the department of Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry in Tashkent State Postgraduate Medical Institute.  

I have taken the course “Non-Surgical Mid-Facial Expansion with Micro-Implant Assisted Maxillary Skeletal Expander”, run in the USA by professor Won Moon.

I took part in the 2nd European Congress on Skeletal Anchorage by Dental-Event, in Moscow, Russia.

In addition, I completed a practical course in ‘Biomechanics in Orthodontics’ at a private clinic in South Korea. I have also been nominated as the best orthodontist in the competition by Unident Open.

I was the chief orthodontist and deputy medical director of the Unident clinic, Moscow.

I was a participant in the International MEAW (Multiloop Edgewise Arch Wire) course in Seoul, South Korea in 2019 and I am currently an instructor in the MEAW technique.

Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon, specialist Dr. Mahir Aliyev. Doctor Mahir Aliyev was born in 1973 in the city of Zagatala. In 1990, after graduating from secondary school No. 21 in Sumgayit city, he was admitted to the 2nd treatment-prevention faculty of AMU in the same year. In 1996, Mahir Aliyev graduated from the Medical University with honors having received the specialty "general surgeon". He started serving as a military doctor in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1996. In 2001, Mahir Aliyev was sent to Gülhane Military Medical Academy of the Republic of Turkey (GATA) to study in the field of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon for his exemplary behavior and services. In 2006, Mahir Aliyev successfully completed his studies and received the title of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery specialist. In the same year, returning to his homeland, he continued to serve in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the General Clinical Hospital of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in December 2017 he was discharged from the army with the rank of lieutenant colonel of the medical service. In 2018-2020, Dr. Mahir Aliyev worked as a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at the Zafaran Hospital clinic. From March 2020 to the present, he continues to work as a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at the Funda Hospital clinic. Aliyev Mahir participated in dozens of scientific and practical conferences in our country and in foreign countries, and gave speeches about his clinical and scientific experiences. His scientific articles have been published in many local and foreign medical journals.
