The Heydar Aliyev Center is a masterpiece of futuristic architecture (architect Zaha Hadid was the first woman to win the prestigious Pritzker Prize). The 2014 Design of the Year (London Design Museum) is one of the new landmarks of the capital of Azerbaijan. The building is named after the third President of Azerbaijan. The Center is a complex building with an area of 57519 m² consisting of an auditorium (convention center), museum, exhibition halls and administrative offices. The center is often turned into a concert venue for world stars

The Congress will be held in one of the most modernly equipped facilities “Baku Convention Center”. The Center located in a convenient location in terms of infrastructure, is an ultramodern site, capable of ensuring the holding of any event at the highest international level. Possessing a large number of easily adaptable conference rooms, the Center offers excellent opportunities for the large scale Congresses.
The Congress Center has a unique multifunctional plenary hall that allows it to be transformed into various events with a capacity from 130 to 3,500 people, with a 94 m2 LED monitor, and the largest indoor LED monitor with a high resolution of 405 m2 is installed in the lobby of the Center
The complex also includes dozens of easily transformable rooms for holding different scale conferences, 2 mobile and 20 wall (information) monitors. A territory of more than 1000 m2 is allocated for large scale exhibitions, as well as cafe and restaurant and of course a designated carpark is being offered. All above mentioned characteristics make the venue highly desirable not only for local but also international events.

The Gala Dinner will be held at the Gulustan Palace.
Gulustan Palace is located on Baku’s highland, on Istiglaliyyat Street overlooking the whole city of Baku and Baku Bay. The palace serves as an official facility for governmental and non-governmental organizations holding various types of formal events. It is notable for having hosted such important events as the Contract of the Century and other significant oil and gas contracts, international and state conferences.
