WHAT IS THE EVENT?

On October 12-14, 2023, the Baku Convention Center (BCC) bakuconventioncenter.com, which is considered the largest congress venue in the region, will host the 2nd International Congress (http://baku2023.az-omfs.az)of Azerbaijan Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AzOMFS) https://az-omfs.az/

About 1000 participants (locals and from foreign countries) are expected to attend the event, which will be held including more than 50 world-renowned scientists from 30 countries under the slogan "Extending Collaboration Borders”

WORK PLAN OF THE CONGRESS:

10-11.10.2023 - Welcoming participants from abroad at Heydar Aliyev International Airport

11.10.2023 - Press Conference for representatives of the mass media at BCC

11.10.2023-9:00-17:00 Pre-Congress course/master class at BCC

12.10.2023 – 14.10.2023 - 8:00-18:00 in the largest hall of BCC - Auditorium and totally 4 halls will be ready to implement Scientific Program of the Congress (plenary meetings, symposia, oral presentation, Master Classes, poster display, etc.)

12.10.2023 at the Heydar Aliyev Center (https://heydaraliyevcenter.az/#main) - Opening Ceremony and Welcome reception.

13.10.2023 GALA Dinner with Concert Program will be organied in Gulustan Palace (gulustansarayi.az)

12.10.2023 – 14.10.2023 Exhibition hall will be organized in BCC on an area of 1000 m2.

12.10.2023 – 14.10.2023 coffee breaks (2 times a day), lunch (1 time each day).

14.10.2023 Closing Ceremony and press conference at BCC

14-15.10.2023 Departure of foreign participants at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

On the days of the Congress, a visit of the participants to regions of Azerbaijan and especially to prominent places in Baku will be organized within the framework of the Social Program.

Only available to Diamond sponsors:

  • Exhibition areas (96 sq.m.). The right to choose the desired place in the exhibition area;

EXHIBITION AREA

Exhibition space rental does NOT include:

Costs of loading and unloading materials.

Individual stand lighting, transportation, storage, brokerage services, transportation, removal, storage, installation and dismantling of customer's exhibits in addition to those already specified, special materials, carpets or furniture.

The Participant will be required to arrange in advance for the delivery, transportation, storage, dismantling and repacking of the customer's finished exhibits at his own expense and at current rates.

Telephone, computer data lines and special telecommunication services.

Organizations in need of these services must arrange the installation and billing of these services with their o cial providers by completing the appropriate order forms provided to approved exhibitors.

The need for dedicated personnel to provide security for booths or exhibits at night or during the event in addition to the general level of security provided by conference management.

Information on available stand furniture, carpeting, set-up and dismantling costs, loading and unloading, forwarding services and customer mediation provided by

O cial Suppliers of these services will be provided in the Exhibitors' Service Manual.

The congress will be held in one of the most modern buildings of the city, the Baku Congress Center.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM: (7500 $+ VAT)

The name of the symposium (60 minutes) and the names of the speakers will be published in the o cial congress program along with the company logo. Speakers and topics will be selected by the company, but must be approved by the Program Committee. Travel, accommodation and other expenses of the speakers will be covered by the sponsor. The Sponsor may place an advertising banner inside and/or outside the venue of the Symposium.

TRAINING COURSES: (4500 $ + VAT)

Training courses will be held during the congress. The sponsoring company will be able to place a banner on the stage and the sponsor's logo will appear on the screen.

ACCESSORIES IN THE CONGRESS BAG: (1500 $ + VAT)

Companies will be able to place supplements in the congress bags that will be distributed to all delegates.

The sponsoring company will be able to provide mouse pads and computer screen graphics.

PREPARATION ROOM FOR SPEAKERS: 3500 $ + VAT

The sponsoring company may invite and keep a representative from their company in the room to greet the speakers, along with mouse pads provided by the companies.

BANNER IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE: 3500 $ + VAT

There will be a banner of the sponsoring company at the main entrance of the conference hall.
